High altitude vine cultivation
(870 m) allows for gradual and
gentle grape ripening. The warm
sun and cool mountain breeze
create a wide temperature variation, producing wines distinguished by Aconcagua Valley elegance. The intensity and diversity of Chilean terroir is reflected in VSE Classic wines. Gentle, delicate winemaking and ageing in stainless steel allow us to express the true characteristics of each grape variety.
Winemaking
Fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks (28-30° C). This wine is unoaked in order to preserve its varietal characteristics.

Cabernet Sauvignon-Classic
The dark cherry and smoke aromas and a well-structured
body make this wine an excellent complement to grilled
meats, Chilean empanadas or a fine selection of cheeses.
Merlot-Classic
Pleasant plum and berry aromas followed by a medium
body and spicy notes on the finish. An easy wine to pair
with white meats, salmon, pastas and other everyday
favorites.
Rosé-Classic
Fermented in stainless steel this 100% Syrah rosé presents
fresh floral and strawberry aromas and a refreshing balance
between acidity and alcohol. Serve chilled as a cocktail or
with sushi, seafood or light meats.
Chardonnay-Classic
The combination of tropical fruit aromas and medium
body make this wine a perfect match for white fish, salomon
or calamari.
Sauvignon Blanc-Classic
Pale with green tints this wine has fresh lime, gooseberry
and floral aromas. Beautifully balanced with bright acidity
and delicate body. An impressive wine to pair with oysters,
cebiche, or to drink alone as a refreshing cocktail. |
